Your safety and well-being are important. The resources below are available if you or someone you care about is experiencing a mental health crisis, needs immediate support, or is looking for additional mental health or safety resources.

Emergency (911)
If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or are unable to keep yourself or someone else safe, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
If you are experiencing emotional distress, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, or another mental health crisis, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline provides free, confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
