
Sarah Wilson, PhD
Her approach is collaborative and person-centered, with a focus on understanding each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mind-body strategies to help clients navigate health challenges, strengthen healthy behaviors, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

Dr. Wilson earned her PhD in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. She completed APA-accredited training during her predoctoral internship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and her postdoctoral fellowship at the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Following fellowship, she worked as a Sleep Psychologist at the Durham VA, providing specialized care for Veterans with insomnia and other sleep-related difficulties. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient medical settings including transplant clinics, chronic pain treatment centers, and primary care.
